Research:

Ghosh lab studies the role of regulatory RNAs towards modulating cancer stem cells. We are also interested to look into the role of these RNAs  in modulating cellular reprogramming towards shaping mammalian development. We use a combination of in silico and wet bench techniques to better understand the role of regulatory RNAs in stem cell biology. We are presently focused on miRNAs, piRNAs and long noncoding RNAs.
