Interested
Ph.D.
students
and
young
researchers
are
requested
to
apply
by
sending
an
e-mail with
the
subject
"Application:
candidate name"
in
the
following
format
to kol.sysbio@saha.ac.in Students are also requested to arrange for a
letter of recommendation with the subject "Recommendation: candidate name",
which should be e-mailed directly by the referees to kol.sysbio@saha.ac.in Kindly note that for
proper consideration both
application and recommendation must arrive by the due date.
Accommodation for
outstation participants and local
hospitality will be provided
by organizers.
No
fee
will
be
charged
for
registration,
participation,
accomodation
or
local
hospitality.
Please note that accompanying partners of all participants will be
charged a fee of Rs. 9800/- if they stay for entire duration of
the meeting and Rs 4900/- if they stay for part of meeting.

given strong preference
(3) PhD
students should request their referees to send reference letters directly before due date, as mentioned above
(4) applications of students not backed up by recommendations before due date will
be treated as incomplete
