Instructions to selected candidates

_{Please confirm your participation at the school by October, 13, 2013 at the latest. Otherwise, opportunity will be given to the students in waiting.}

_{Please arrange to purchase your own travel ticket by Indian Railways after carefully reading the "Financial Assistance" section of this Webpage http://jcbose.ac.in/capss/wapp13/financial_support.htm that would let you know regarding which class in the train you are eligible for.}

_{Please purchase the ticket for New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station, West
Bengal and back as soon as possible as there might be heavy rush for tickets
at that time.}

<sub>You have to arrive at NJP station on December 19, 2013. Please preserve the
original train ticket for your onward journey that has to be produced for
claiming reimbursement. A photocopy of your return ticket has to be produced
as well.

Upon arrival at NJP station, you need to book a pre-paid taxi for Bose
Institute, Mayapuri. If the driver does not recognise Bose Institute, please
mention "Lalkuthi" that is just near Bose Institute.

Please preserve your taxi booking slip from NJP station to Bose Institute,
Darjeeling campus, that has to be produced as well for the reimbursement.

Please arrange your travel to make sure that you arrive at NJP station by
afternoon. It is not recommended to travel from NJP station to Darjeeling after sunset along the hill road.</sub>
